Included in the total were 56 populations sent by growers, agronomists and advisers to be screened by the free Herbicide Resistance Testing Service (HeRTS)... The pot assay results showed that all these populations were resistant and the different pattern of resistance indicated that different mutations were likely to be involved... The free herbicide resistance testing service was valued by growers and agronomists and since the project terminated, there have been several enquiries about where such a service can now be obtained...
