While APVMA minor use permits are potentially available for non-major industries, as a means of gaining access to pest management options, permits are not generally an option for major broadacre agricultural industries... It is proposed that PHA facilitates this program by providing essential management of the process though the distribution of research funds to consultants and contract research providers, contract management, liaison, sharing information between parties and submission of Category 25 applications to the APVMA...
