Southern grain growers are now able to access 'live' updates of subsoil water levels from 12 sites where information from soil water probes and weather stations is being used in conjunction with Yield Prophet ... The probes are monitoring growing-season soil moisture levels in the root zone of a range of crops... Sites have been chosen to represent some of the key soil types that have not been well characterised for Yield Prophet , and are in locations that are accessible to grower groups across the Esperance and Albany port zones...
